Dedicated Sputnik servers / all regions : unable to update to most recent Core Client software

Resolved

An update was released on August 11, 2021 for the Core Client component of dedicated / cloud-hosted Sputnik servers.

A bug in the update process would not fully update the server, and the Sputnik server would remain offline.

This issue only affected dedicated Sputnik servers launched in an account (not the On Demand Sputnik servers), and the issue would only be seen if an upgrade was attempted through the Core interface during the past few hours.

This issue has been resolved as of 8:45 PM UTC, and all cloud-hosted Sputnik servers may now be updated through the Core interface.

If a server is stuck in this state, the re-deploy option will restore operation and the server will automatically be running the most recent software components.
